In response to the flexible production needs of the manufacturing industry, our company has reached a strategic cooperation with a well-known machine tool manufacturer to jointly develop an integrated solution of "robot polishing + intelligent loading and unloading of machine tools". Through the combination of a six-axis robot and a 3D visual positioning system, the automatic grasping of complex workpieces, precise loading and unloading of machine tools, and unmanned surface polishing are realized, which greatly reduces labor costs and product defect rates. This solution has been successfully applied to the field of aerospace parts processing and will be expanded to new energy, 3C and other industries in the future.
